We had such a wonderful holiday weekend with our little guy. Last year, the holidays with a 2 month old were one big, overwhelming blur. It was fun to actually enjoy the festivities again and see the fun and excitement through the eyes of Logan.
On Christmas Eve, we went to my aunt's house for our traditional Sorensen family party....52 people, 21 of those being kids under the age of 15! Logan was a bit overwhelmed at first, but he quickly warmed up to our big, crazy family.

He enjoyed the food as well...

Santa came and brought all the kids a gift. Logan wasn't too sure about the big guy with the white beard, but he was happy with his present...

A farm for the fridge...

I wish I would have taken more pictures of Logan playing with his older cousins. He had an absolute blast!

On Christmas morning, we woke up and ventured downstairs to see what Santa had delivered. Logan enjoyed looking through his goodies...

Rookie did too...

After opening our stockings and sharing a delicious apple pancake, we decided to bundle up and go outside to play in the snow. Logan thought that was a great idea...

He wasn't too sure about trying to move around in it, but he loved kicking around in it with Mama...

He also noticed that if you open your mouth really wide and blow, you can see your breath...

He enjoyed throwing snow at Dada...

And he really had fun running through the snow in his arms. He was giggling like a madman...

We only lasted for about 15 minutes, because we were all getting chilly...

After taking a nice 3 hour nap, we got on our jammies and headed to Uncle Tony's for our Christmas celebration full of yummy food and lots of presents. Logan was very excited...

He was hoping that he would get some good gifts...

Logan loves his cousin Josh and enjoyed following his around and trying to do whatever he did...

Presents took quite a bit of time to open even though we tried to cut back this year...

Logan liked climbing on the boxes...

It was fun this year having two babies around. Brody isn't crawling around quite yet, but he did enjoy ripping the wrapping paper on his gifts and trying to eat it...

One of his favorite gifts was a little Toy Story couch from Gramma and Papa. He chilled in it for hours. Logan, on he other hand, did not really enjoy snuggling up with his little cousin...

Logan did have fun opening lots of gifts...

He also liked checking out the bike that Joshua got from Santa...

The dogs had a great time running around Uncle Tony's as well. Although when one of them got into trouble, we would put him in the tent. Logan enjoyed mocking them...

Here's a great picture of Gramma and Papa posing with their three boys...

And here's a group shot, thanks to Jeff for knowing how to set the time feature so that we could all get in!

Logan was a happy boy the entire weekend. At Tony's, he went from 2-10pm without a nap. When we left at 10, he was still going strong: playing with toys, climbing the stairs, and following around his big cousin Josh. He was out cold, however, the second he was buckled into his carseat. On Sunday, we opened the few presents we had bought for Logan and wrapped under our tree. Then we just watched the Bears game and had a much-needed lazy day. We were all exhausted!
