An update on Logan

What is our little 2 year old up to?

-For stats, he is in about the 25th percentile for weight and the 65th for height. What does this mean? It means that it is impossible to find pants that fit him! They are always falling off his little butt.

-Logan is quite a talker. He says just about everything now, though he is still reserved around other people. I wouldn't call him shy, just reserved. My mom keeps reminded me that that's a good thing. You'd rather have your kid be quieter and more polite around others.

-Logan is getting smart :) He can sing his ABCs although he will sometimes stop in the middle and say "Yaaay!" He can count up to 18, although he will occasionally forget some numbers. He usually knows his colors, although red still stumps him. We want to keep working with him on shapes and recognizing letters and numbers.

-TV will keep Logan captivated for hours. Some may say this is a good thing, but we try to limit it. Logan usually gets to watch Mickey Mouse Clubhouse in the morning, but other than that, we try to limit it. Lately, we've been letter him watch some Christmas specials, which he loves!

-We are trying to work with Logan on anger management as he is a typical tantrum throwing two year old. When he doesn't get his way, he will scream and throw whatever is in his hands. This can be dangerous! I hope he grows out of this stage quickly!

-Logan still loves his sleep and his food...that's our boy!

-Logan is a sport nut! He still loves going to soccer classes on Saturday mornings. He is getting really good at dribbling the ball with his feet and shooting it into the goal. He also loves "playing" basketball, football and baseball ALL day long!

-School is still going well. The teachers are always telling us what a polite and respectful boy we have. I guess he doesn't throw his tantrums there :)
