First Haircut
Yesterday, we took Logan to get his first haircut. His hair has grown in so nicely in the front, but was getting a little messy in the back. We decided to get it done before his pictures and party.
We were a little nervous how Logan would react. Would he cry? scream? try and grab the scissors? The lady said we could either sit him in the car or let him sit on one of our laps. We figure we'd try the car. We also put Spongebob on the TV. Since mean mom doesn't let Logan watch much TV, he was mesmerized...
Here is the first snip...
I love this picture because it looks like Logan is checking himself out in the mirror. Really, he just wanted to see what that crazy sponge would do next...
Logan was a perfect customer. He never yelled, cried, or moved for that matter. He didn't even mind the electric trimmer around his ears...
Here he is showing off his new "do"...
And a close-up...
A picture with Mama...
Logan got a balloon and a new football for being such a good boy...
He also got a certificate to commemorate the big day...
Yes, we're the dorky parents that need a family shot after the first haircut...
After Logan's haircut, we walked around the outdoor mall. After trying some sweet potato pancakes at the farmer's market, Logan took a little snooze in his stroller. Then we had Noodles and Co. for lunch and Logan was ready for some action...

Last night, we went out with some friends and Logan tried tapas for the first time. Two thumbs up! It was a wonderful day!
