Goodnight Moon

Our nighttime ritual is becoming more entertaining now that Logan is an active participant. Every night before bed, Eric and I read two books: one that varies each night and then Goodnight Moon. Logan has heard this book every night for about a year, and over the last month he has decided that he's going to help.

His recent roles include....pointing to the red balloon on the page and saying "gaboon." He will also point to the corner in our loft where his favorite "gaboon" is located. What a smartie! :) When we read about the cow, he says "Mmmmm!" He doesn't quite get the "oooo" sound, but it's a start. He waves night night to all the pictures. And, his favorite part is the old lady whispering "hush!" He will say "huuush" "huush" over and over with a little smirk on his face.

It seems like such little things but it really makes our night complete. It is so much fun watching our little guy grow, change, and learn. I feel so very thankful.
