Minnesota-Part 1

This past weekend was an eventful one for the Maltz family. We left on Friday morning to embark on a 7 hour car ride to Minnesota. The passengers included: me, Eric, Logan, Gramma, and Bubbe. This made for one full car! The long drive went better than we could have possibly imagined. Logan is a great car baby! He took a couple of 2 hours naps, and when he was awake, he was entertained by his two grandmas. We also brought along his favorite CD for reenforcement. We stopped for lunch and then only had to stop one other time for a bathroom/feeding/diaper changing break.When we arrived in MN, we were immediately greeted by my aunt and lots of our cousins. How fun! No one was really ready for dinner, so after checking into the rooms, it was time for some swimming. We got suited up and ready to go...

Since this was Logan's first time in the pool, we weren't sure how he would react. I wouldn't say he loved it, but I wouldn't say he hated it either. He never cried, but he was happiest when held closely to Mommy or Daddy. He really enjoyed watching the kids jumping and splashing around.

After drying off and getting dressed, we went out for some dinner. Logan hadn't napped for hours and it was already past his bedtime, but he was still a good boy. He enjoyed the noise and action at the restaurant.

The boys... Logan loves drinking water out of a glass... He would like to try drinking Daddy's Summer Shandy as well... After a long day of driving, swimming, eating, and playing, Logan was still full of smiles as we got ready for bed...
