Minnesota- Part 3

Sunday was yet another wonderful day in Minnesota! We woke up, had some breakfast, played a bit, and went swimming.Once we were napped, dressed and ready, we left for some Jucy Lucy's and The Mall of America... One of our favorite TV shows, Man vs. Food, spent a day in Minnesota checking out some good eats. One of the specialties in Minneapolis featured on the show was the Jucy Lucy. It is basically two thin burger patties cooked with cheese in the inside. When you bite into the burger, cheese oozes out. We couldn't resist stopping at Matt's, the original home of the Jucy Lucy, for lunch. The burgers were fantastic!!

Then, we were off to the Mall of America. I could not believe the size of this place. Holy cow! We walked the mall, which has every store you could possibly imagine. We will have to return someday when Logan is old enought to enjoy the rides...Then for dinner, Eric insisted on stopping at the other Juicy Lucy place featured on Man Vs. Food: The 5-8 Club. He was the only one brave enough to tackle another delicious burger. The rest of us just had a soda...All in all, the weekend was fantastic! Logan rolled with the punches and barely fussed the entire trip. We were most worried about his sleeping, but he really enjoyed his new tent and slept well both during the day and at night. I guess we should travel more often :)
